1) a cheque payable to the National Ethnic Press and Media Council of Canada

Payment option 1: $50.00 dollars for membership per annum for the major member (a voting rep for general election)

Payment option 2: $30.00 for the other members of the organization of the same organization

Payment option 3: $25.00 for a full time student in studying journalism or working as a part time journalist

2) two copies of your most recent passport size pictures

3) two copies of the last two issues of your publication
